Beachtop Condo at Delton Grand - Waterfront

Positive: Condo was clean. Beds were comfy. View was spectacular. Balcony patio had chairs and table. Kitchen well equipped. Air conditioner worked great. Good air flow when windows and patio door open. Shower was great. Towels were soft and enough for 2 of us. Quiet neighborhood. Parking lot well lit. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and diningroom worked great. Problems: Ceiling fan switch was broken (fixed). Frying pan warped (replaced). Window mechanism broke (not repaired). Patio door didn’t lock (fixed). Fireplace buttons broke. Negatives: Advertised a fire pit and not set out for the season. Did not use swimming pool (too cold to walk after swimming). Beach chairs were in bad shape and dirty. Patio blinds were bent and didn't close. No can opener, oven mitts or beach towels in our room. Only 1 hand towel and 1 dish towel. Recommedations: The host sends you a list of things to bring (beach towels, extra blankets, garbage bags, paper towel, toilet paper, etc). Add dish towels, hand towels and dish soap. The bedding was very thin, so bring that blanket for sure. Bedroom blinds were not a complete blackout. All in all, the positives outweigh the negatives. The host was very communicative and good response time. We would return again. Therefore, I would recommend.

Million dollar views for much more affordable price. The apartment was more than accommodating for 5 people. Layout was made to compel folks to the lake and enjoy the outdoors. Would highly recommend.
