Paddler's Paradise at Lake McGinnis

Very nice location and setup. We had plenty of room for everyone. May try to visit again next year.

Our stay was absolutes top notch. We had a group of 11 people ages ranging from 2-69. The house was beautiful and very clean. They supplied everything we needed aside from the normal things you would bring on a trip (toiletries, food, etc). The kids absolutely loved the game room. The lake was peaceful and perfect for swimming, fishing and kayaking. We also enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated that it was screened in so we didn’t need to worry about mosquitoes. We will definitely be looking to return for future vacations!

This property was the perfect getaway for a girls trip! We enjoyed so many of the amenities including the game room, the canoe, and paddle boards. The rooms were a perfect place to rest our heads at night with comfortable beds. The kitchen was everything we needed for making all our meals there! We appreciated the great water pressure in all of the bathrooms for rinsing off after our days on the lake! Overall the whole stay was relaxing and felt like home away from home, we can’t thank Christopher enough for being such an amazing host.

This is our second time staying at this property. The new owners/management made some very nice improvements this past year upgrading the deck area and adding a lower patio area with table and chairs and some outdoor “party” lights. Also some kitchen upgrades. All very nice. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The canoe, paddle boards and kayaks provided for use were greatly enjoyed. And the biggest bass caught was right off of the dock! Not great for swimming but lots of fishing fun for kids from the dock. It is a great property for a family vacation with a game room for added fun. There were a few minor things that needed repair which we reported and the owner was responsive. The pictures perfectly represent the property. Highly recommend this property for a family fun vacation.

We had a great time at this house and playing in the lake. It was clean and comfortable!
