We call this property the Wisconsin Dells Escape because this is a great place to escape the everyday stresses of life. This has two private balconies that allow you to watch life roll by outside. The top floor balcony has amazing lake views. Close to all of the area attractions and perfect for families, golfers, or that annual girl's getaway. In & outdoor pools with hot tubs and an exclusive beach will ensure year-round fun! You'll feel at home with this very comfortable property. You will enjoy the open concept kitchen that is complete with all the essentials. The condo has indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs for year-round enjoyment. In the summer you can enjoy the private beach and fishing from the docks. Noah's Ark waterpark is a 5 minute (1/4 mile) walk so you can avoid paying for parking there and comfortably return to your own condo for lunch mid-day. This condo is right by the outdoor pool so you can just poke your head out the front door to check on the kids. Really nice property overall. It was clean and ready when we arrived. Was able to secure a boat slip as well which was super important for our vacation. Beds were ok comfortable. The only issue we had was with the shower upstairs. Super small corner shower with only a tiny shelf. So if you bend to get shampoo you absolutely hit the wall or knock the door open. Improving that shower to normal size would help tremendously :). Thanks!

Property was very clean. We had a bit of an issue, but it was fixed quickly! The location was perfect and we had the pool and hot tub pretty much to ourselves. We bought passes to Great Wolf lodge 1 day and the Wilderness 1 day as well. Easy to get anywhere in town but peaceful place to stay away from craziness. ourselves

For our trip and activities, this property served as a great value and location. Within 5 minutes of everything WI Dells amusement related, and an easy 25 minute drive to Devil's Lake State Park in Baraboo (highly recommend).

My husband and I visited the Dells with our 3 kids ages 18 to 22. The condo was great. It was very clean and had enough room for us all to spread out. Having the condo spread out over 2 floors was really ideal. The pool was nice and never seemed overly busy. My husband and son used the basketball courts a couple of times. It was a short walk to the private beach, which was smaller than I had anticipated but didn't matter because we were so busy with other activities. We loved how close the condo was to all the action. We were off the main strip far enough that it was fairly quiet but it was a really short drive to everything. It was also a nice area to take walks which the kids did several evenings. The condo also offered a great view of the fireworks on the Fourth of July weekend. We would definitely recommend the condo and would easily stay again.

This VRBO was perfectly located for our one-night stay in the dells. The walk to Noah's ark was quick and easy. It was nice and close to our dinner location and our escape room we had chosen. Overall, very happy with our stay.

Loved the space and all of the amenities available. Nice to have a full kitchen for making meals. Enjoyed how close we were to so many of the activities we wanted to do.

People other than those in Guest’s party, set forth above, may not stay overnight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the sole responsibility of Guest. • NO SMOKING • Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to 6 people for 2 bedroom units and 4 people for 1 bedroom units. Unit 203 is limited to 2 people. • Parking. Guests may park only ONE vehicle building-side in designated Lighthouse Cove parking areas. Boats/trailers and additional vehicles may be parked in the boat/trailer parking area. • Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS • Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours and refrain from using the whirlpool tub. • Pool Areas. At no time may glass containers be used, stored or carried into the pool room or into the fenced outdoor pool area. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in pool and spa areas. All diving and running in pool and spa areas is prohibited. The exercise room and sauna are reserved for the exclusive use of unit owners and their families. Swim diapers are required for the little ones. • Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use onproperty. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on-property. No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony. • Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas. Please refrain from hanging towels, swimsuits, or anything else over the railings. • Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or its facilities. • Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper • Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife • Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in the parking lot. Do not put in common area cans such as the one by the grills
