Check in was super easy. Condo was nicely updated. Wi Fi was easy to use. We enjoyed the quiet area. And the pool was wonderful.We would stay there again.

A worn out mattress on the floor in the bedroom is not a bed. No AC in the bedroom is unbelievable. Low watt bulbs are being cheap and make the place look dark and dingy. The couch is old and broke down.

location of the property was perfect. Property was clean and matched the listing perfectly. A friend and I went up for a little mom weekend getaway to relax and read. Couches were so comfy. Close to the pool for some hot tub time too! We will for sure be back!

We attended a convention at Kalahari. Your place was an easy drive to the event. We like saving money by cooking our own food do this is a good fit for us.

We enjoyed our stay! Very clean and decorated. There were a few things that were stopping us from giving a 5 star, nothing major. 1. Bathtub faucet was not secured and the nozzles would fall off occasionally. 2. No lights in closets or laundry closet. 3. The bedroom window looks out into another persons window and blocked off by a ladder chute. Like I said, we enjoyed our stay and had a fun time!

Kate's Condo is a cozy retreat that is clean, well appointed, and truly lovely. It is located on a quiet part of Lake Delten (in the off season) with in easy walking distance to the lake and a short drive to many local restaurants, attractions, and shops.

Kate's place was the perfect location for a Mother/Daughter weekend! We cooked all our meals and had a wonderful time. The accommodations were clean and communication was quick. Thanks for the stay!

Chris the manager did an excellent job comunicating i had issue with vrbo app and his link he texted almost immediately.

Great place and location. All information matches as described in information. Small beach area not used as much but clean pool and warm water. Love the condo. Very clean and close to all attractions without the craziness. Could use may e another small dresser.

This condo was very clean and fulfilled our expectations. Really liked the front door access pad so you didn't have to worry about a key. Very quiet location. Communication was excellent with the host.

Nice condo; however, there's nowhere to put clothes or toiletries for up to 4 people. Condo is currently designed for 2. Putting a dresser in the bedroom and shelves in the bathroom would solve this issue. Otherwise the condo and location were great for visiting the Dells.

The rental was very clean and close to everything in the Dells. Great communication as well. Recommended.

Positive: The location was great - it was quiet and felt safe for a solo traveller. I really like that you didn't need a key to get in/out - the combination code was an excellent idea - very convienient. The bed was conmfy, the bathroom was great. Negative: I had to buy a kettle because I am a tea drinker - but no big deal.

This was our first time visiting Wisconsin Dells. This condo was a great choice for my husband and me-lovely decor in all rooms, convenient location for what we wanted to do, and perfect size for our stay.

The location and property amenities were exactly what i was looking for. We used both pools and the beach, our 5yr old had a blast. We also brought our kayak and launched from the beach. The unit was clean and quiet.

This condo is the perfect place for a couple or small family. My boyfriend and I took our first vacation here together and had an amazing time. The condo was clean and conveniently located near Wisconsin Dells' attractions. It had everything we needed to enjoy a cozy 2 nights together. Chris the owner was also very friendly and easy to communicate with. Would recommend 10/10!

This was a perfect location for a short stay. It was clean and had just about everything you would need. The only suggestion I would have is to have more bright lighting in the bathroom and living room. The lighting in the condo is pretty dim, but other than that would definitely recommend!

This condo was a great place to stay while visiting the Wisconsin Dells. It was very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The indoor pool and hot tub were well maintained, clean, and relaxing. The condo is within a few minutes of most attractions and restaurants. Chris was great at communicating and very organized/helpful.

I feel like there could have been more to enjoy of the place but that was on us. Maybe for more days but couldn’t afford more days there.

This property was just what my partner & I were looking for. We wanted a couple days of quiet & peace to bring in the new year. We really enjoyed the game life (: 10/10 will likely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Kate’s Place very much! The condo is well appointed, and is very comfortable for two people. We were impressed with the fact that the soap in the shower and laundry was hypo allergenic, which is pretty awesome for those who do have sensitive skin like I do. The only suggestion we’d have is to add either a small dresser or another luggage holder in the bedroom. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful condo for a romantic stay :) we just wanted to get away from the daily chores, work and stress routine. It was perfect! Close to everything we needed, but quiet and peaceful to rest and relax at the same time. Couples and seniors best (1st floor). Recommend to visit!

We were in Wisconsin Dells for the day and needed a place to stay overnight! It was my husband, two kids (ages 3 & 7) and I. The pull out beds were great. The property is clean. We used the outdoor pool and our kids loved it. The bathtub at the VRBO was awesome! Wish we could have stayed longer. Chris was easy to chat with and super responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Kate’s Place was perfect for our weekend stay in the Dells. Quiet and conveniently located to dining on the lake and Noah’s Ark Waterpark.
