This is a very nice condo and any questions we had were answered very quickly. Excellent location and very clean.

When we arrived, we were very happy with how the place matched the photos and how clean it was. We contacted the host a few times and he returned our messages very quickly. That was very much appreciated. The place is beautiful. The couches in the living room were very comfortable. The beds upstairs were very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub (within the facility). Everything in the pool room was clean. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our Girls' Weekend. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again! :)

The condo was comfortable, quiet, and in the perfect location to reach everything we wanted to do and see! The boat slip made use of our boat simple for daily fishing.We fished Lake Delton, hiked at Devil’s Lake, rode the ducks and visited local restaurants during our stay. At the condo, we enjoyed the spacious living area - working puzzles on the kitchen bar, playing pickleball on the new courts, and relaxing by the pool. The quiet, peaceful atmosphere provided the perfect setting for our relaxing week.

We enjoyed our stay here - everything was as described, clean, and well maintained. The hot tub was great after our days of skiing, and larger than those in most hotels.

We had booked the condo for a volleyball weekend, but unfortunately we got stuck in Hudson WI due to bad weather. Arrive at the pro the next morning. We were very happy with the. Condo. If we ever go back to the dells will diffently try to get the condo.

This was our second year at this property for our annual family trip between Christmas and New Years, and everything was great. Property is exactly as described. Great location and excellent communication from Chris, the host. We will be back again.

This is an absolutely perfect gem in the dells. You would be hard pressed to find a better spot to stay if you're visiting or doing business anywhere near the Wisconsin Dells area.

It was myself (mom) and my 2 sons (6 and 10). The place felt like home. It was quiet, which I like. It was close to downtown but you wouldn't even know it, as it's tucked back. The outside pool and hot tub was awesome. We spent lots of time, in our 2 days, there. The only thing I'd say to have different is to have a coffee pot available? there was a Keurig and i'm not sure if I was using it wrong? or if it was broken? I only got like a little bit of coffee at a time. And if there was a toaster. :-) but I made do. :-) I would go back in a heart beat!!

Overall we were disappointed in the Dells itself, but the condo was perfectly fine.

Everything was nice and relaxing. Pool was great!

We stayed for four nights with our grown sons and their significant others. The condo had everything we needed. It was a little warm upon arrival but the air conditioning kicked in full force by the time we got back from dinner. The views from the two balconies are great and the beach at the property was really nice. The best part is that you are really in the heart of it if you want access to the major waterparks but still off the beaten path enough to avoid the chaos of the main area. We even saw deer nearby! We would go back here again for sure.

We stayed in the property for two days while visiting Wisconsin Dells and family in the area. Overall the property is good and in a great location. At this price point it would be better if it included things like pool towels, tissues, soap, shampoo, etc. I know it is hard to keep rental properties clean but the carpet looked like it needed to be cleaned.

We had the best stay here! The property is very nice! The outside pool was so warm on the cooler days! Loved the option to have Noah’s Ark wristband to be able to come and go was so convenient! Definitely will stay here again if we comeback!

We had a wonderful time! Brown Family condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed! Close to where we wanted to be and within an hour of Sand Valley Golf Course. It was perfect for our family of 5! Thank you!

The property is great and in a great location. Started my morning with a cup of coffee on balcony overlooking the lake. Was a very short drive to anything and we even walked to Noah’s Ark the one day- only about a 10 minute walk and saves you the $25 parking fee! Clean properly. Overall great stay.

The condo was perfect for our needs. Very clean, and surprisingly quiet. The pool could be a little crowded, but otherwise the shared spaces were good. Having an indoor pool is a plus for rainy days. The kitchen was well-appointed and had ever you might need to cook a few family meals. I loved the two balconies looking out at the lake - great spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Also a great location - we were far enough from crowds but still close enough to walk to Noah's Ark (save $ on parking!) and a few restaurants. Quick drive to all the other attractions. We would definitely recommend this condo and would happily stay here again!

Everything was clean and nice. The only down fall was the master bedroom fan clicked at night and was loud but they did have a box fan that did the trick! Super cute and lovely place. Quiet and the bathtub was amazing!!! We enjoyed it very much!

Girls trip! Amazing location. The beach was close and beautiful. The condo had everything we needed and was so cozy! Couldn’t have been more perfect! Just a short drive to all our fave places. Will be booking again! Communication was also fantastic!

Quiet street only two minutes drive from the main drag. Lovely unit, great accommodation!! Local ducks came to the porch to greet us.

We had a great weekend in the Fells and this house made it perfect. Beautiful views and well kept home. Main bedroom was drafty from balcony door and we could have used an extra blanket but otherwise no complaints.

We felt completely at home! It’s in a great central location between downtown Dells and the other attractions. The other tenants were very friendly and helpful as well.

Condo was very nice. Check in was smooth. Location was good. It was a chilly rainy weekend so the intended hiking didn't happen, we were lucky to use the pool/ hot tub and enjoy our stay regardless. Recommend!

We enjoyed ourselves very much. Had a 2 month old baby with us. We felt ver at home and comfortable. All amenities were at our finger tips. So so clean. Great location. Near the pool. This place was perfect for our weekend stay in the dells. The condo had everything we needed and was very spacious and clean and the location is great. Literally minutes away from everything.

This property was perfect for us and our three kids (ages 4 months to 12-years-old) to stay for five nights. There was plenty of room to spread out but also plenty of seating in the main areas for us to gather together as a family when we wanted to spend time together eating, playing games, or watching movies. The condo was one of the cleanest properties we've ever stayed at; we were super impressed! The whole place had a cozy, homey feel; it felt just like a home away from home. We used the outdoor pool each day, which the kids loved. There were a couple days/times it was a bit busy, but we were able to see the pool from out the front door and bedroom window and could see when it was least busy to plan accordingly. The pool area was very clean and had plenty of seating. The location of the property is also great. It's close to all the fun of the Dells but just enough "out of the way" and tucked in that it is very quiet and private. Check-in was a breeze, and although we did not need to contact the property manager for anything during our stay, we received several communications that let us know he would be available if we needed anything at all.

If you want a quiet, spacious condo while visiting the dells this is an excellent choice. Indoor and outdoor pools, beach, view of the lake, 10-15 minute walk to the Noah's Ark ticket booth, and easy driving to all Dells attractions.

Condo was very clean & stocked with everything we needed. Area was quiet where condo was located. Pool/hot tub & private beach areas were great! Enjoyed our stay & had no complaints or issues!!

I grew up going to Noah’s Ark every summer and have friends that had never been so we planned an adult trip to the water park. This is a perfect location to walk to many locations. My friends already planning a trip back with their kids and would stay here.

We were on an adventure to Noah's Ark. Nice Condo close to events. Note for next time..bring Kuerig pods, salt and pepper. Also, bring bed sheets if you are using roll out bed.

We loved everything about this charming spacious rental! It was centrally located to anything we wanted to see or do and being directly by the outdoor pool was a huge plus.

We had the best time at the Brown Family Condo. Great location to all the Dell’s has to offer. The condo itself was very comfortable and clean. The beds and couches were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were able to walk to Noah’s Ark. My teens loved the pools & beach. I would highly recommend this condo!

Our family really enjoyed staying here. It was a perfect size for our family of 5, which included 3 kids ages 8-13. We had space to spread out and also super comfortable couches to hang out together. We spent time each day at the indoor pool & hot tub and often would have it to ourselves for part of the time. We spent a day Noah's Ark Water Park and ate dinner one evening at Lake City Social - both a short walk from the condo. Chris was very helpful with recommendations for activities, restaurants, etc, and responded quickly to any questions. Highly recommend!!

The host was awesome throughout the process as we had a few issues we created,the host took care of our needs as i left my car keys 🔑 and house keys... he personally is shipping them out to help me drive to work. Thanks to sooo much for an awesome expirence and a wonderful home with an AWESOME VIEW FROM THE BEDROOM.

Nice place. Very clean. The only thing I would have to say is that my 12 year old found a wrapped condom in one of the beds. That was a little awkward moment.

We knew we wanted more than a tiny hotel room for our stay in the Dells. This condo at Lighthouse Cove was perfect. It was clean and spacious with plenty of room to sleep, rest and relax. The kids loved both the pool and the beach, as well as convenient access to water parks and other entertainment. We had a minor snafu upon check in but Chris was super responsive and helpful in getting it rectified and making it right with us. Will definitely recommend to friends and stay here again!
